Ideas to stay motivated to work out after injuries and life struggles


At times as people we are faced with different issues and situations that tend to detract us from goals that we may have set for ourselves, fitness and finance are the top most issues that people fail at.

I can say that i am one of those people that seem to always fall in that cycle. over the years it has become clear for me that fitness is not easy but is highly necessary for health,longevity and quality of life, i have therefore opted to make fitness a life style and with this in mind there are 5 ideas i discovered that kept me on track and motivated me from throwing in the towel even when things were tough and i would like to share them.
