If you have been working out in the gym for some time it does not hurt to change things up and try something new in your routine especially if you live in parts of the world where summer time is the only time you really afford to spend long periods of time outdoors.

Which is why this summer i finally decided to reconnect my long lost relationship with bicycle riding, prior to this summer i had not ridden a bicycle in over 15 years so early this summer i started researching on what type of riding i wanted to do, the type of bike i would buy to achieve this and how it was to fit into my overall fitness goals.
