Finding the Motivation to get Active


Working out everyday is hard to do as many of us know and most of the time its not enjoyable. Finding a workout you enjoy can make getting fit and active a breeze. There are so many workouts you can fit into your busy schedule that make exercising something to look forward to.

Running- Most people are in disgust at the word “run”, but don’t leave me just yet, running can actually be enjoyable. You  don’t have to be good at running to do it. You can run however many miles at whatever pace you feel like and it will get easier as you go. Running on a crisp fall day with music in your ears is a relaxing way to get away from the world. Running can actually reduce stress so put on some running shoes and go for a run around your neighborhood.
